After you log in to your member account, you will find links to the Resume Center and Video Pitch Recording Center. Both sections have documentation if you have any questions.
Our Sharing Center lets you share your Empower Resume or Video Pitches across multiple platforms and methods. The help guide in that section will assist you in taking that further into particular, custom employer needs.
We've also included guides on video recording tips and tricks, how to improve lighting and sound, and basics in speaking and presentation in video pitch presentations. We've also included tools like our teleprompter and video review to help you create the best video pitch presentation.
In the Resume Center, you can edit and add many things to your resume, including social, contact, and portfolio/support links. We also have included guides on best practices on choosing what, and how, to share.

Pay with card or paypal
All Empower Resume service access subscriptions are low-cost, and easy to manage through Paypal, using an existing Paypal account or credit card or account.

Renew the subscription
Before your Empower Resume access subscription runs out, you will be reminded by email to renew service. You can also choose to auto-renew your account for the same length of time you subscribed for, or a different length of time, to make sure your video resume stays active for recruiters to view.

Account & Resume Protection
In the event your Empower Resume access subscription runs out, and you have a delay in renewing it, don’t worry. Your account will remain active for 30 days after the subscription period ends so you can renew it. Your video resume will not be viewable during this time period though, so if you’ve shared it, make sure to keep your account current so it’s not missed by recruiters.
